Dear Parents/Guardians and Patients,

Although local and federal health authorities have relaxed restrictions and mandates related to the pandemic, our office team continues to maintain all safety and health protocols.

As a healthcare facility, we continue to recommend wearing face mask inside our building.

The doors to the building are open and upon arrival in the parking lot, please come up to the second floor reception area.
