Coronavirus Update

Dear Parents/Guardians and Patients,

We hope this update finds you well and in good health. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many changes and we are happy to report that we have implemented the recommendations outlined by the CDC, ADA, VDA, & AAPD to allow us to see your smiles soon! We will be having a reduced schedule to allow sufficient time to sanitize in between appointments and promote distancing within the practice.

Important Note About Financial Obligation:  Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, if you have been furloughed/laid-off, your insurance coverage may have been terminated and not recorded. If this is the case, you will be financially responsible for any balances that insurance does not pay for or have been requested as a refund from our office.

1. AT HOME:  Please complete the Patient Screening & Consent Form on behalf of all who will be entering the building [We request that only one parent accompany the child(ren) being seen].

2. AT HOME: Please review the Details of the Visit.

3. AT THE OFFICE: Our new waiting area is your car!  Upon arrival, please check-in by calling us at 703-849-1300 to notify us of your arrival. If you need to leave a voicemail then please state the patient’s name and your vehicle description. A staff member will come to take your temperature and walk you into the building.  **Note that you should keep your windows up and AC on to avoid increasing your temperature which may result in rescheduling the appointment.**

Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we reopen and implement these changes. We understand that extra forms are not ideal, but the extra precautions they enforce are necessary. Our goal is to stay safe while providing excellent dental care that is worth smiling about!

We are looking forward to seeing you soon!
