Our office is located in the
Prosperity Medical Center at 8505 Arlington Boulevard, Suite 370, in
Fairfax, Virginia. We are one mile West of I-495 (the capital
beltway), at the corner of Prosperity Avenue and Route 50, also
known as Arlington Boulevard.

DIRECTIONS
From the Beltway (95/495)
Take Exit 50A (Route 50 West). Go approximately one mile and turn
left at the third light (unmarked road), which will take you to the
parking garage.
From Route 66
Take the exit 495 heading South and take exit 50A (Route 50 West).
Go approximately 1 mile and turn left at the third light (unmarked
road), which will take you to the parking garage.
Alternate From Route 66
Take exit 62 (Nutley Street- 243S). Merge onto Nutley Street and
continue straight, past Lee Highway. From this point, go
approximately 1 mile and turn left onto Arlington Blvd (Route 50
East). Go approximately 2 miles, past Cedar Lane and past Prosperity
Avenue and turn right at the light (unmarked road). This will take
you to the parking garage.
From Inova Fairfax Hospital / Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children
From the hospital driveway, turn left onto Gallows Rd. Go
approximately one-half mile and turn left onto Route 50 West
(Arlington Blvd.). Go approximately three-quarters mile and turn
left at the third light (unmarked road), which will take you to the
parking garage.
PARKING
Free parking is available in multi level parking
garage and all around the building. Please allow an additional
15 minutes to find a suitable parking spot.
